HOW DO I MAKE A PURCHASE?

Browse through our various categories or use the search bar to find your favourite products. On the product page, you can either “ADD TO CART” to place order directly or mouse over to have a “QUICK VIEW”.

HOW TO MAKE PAYMENT?

We do provide payment methods as following:

  • CREDIT/DEBIT CARD: Card payments are processed through third-party providers and supporting cards may vary across countries.
  • BANK TRANSFER: Customers can perform an ATM transfer or eBanking transfer to our bank account.
  • ONLINE BANKING: Customer may use this payment method for a more comprehensive and secure transfer from other bank to our bank.
  • iPay88: Customers may also can use iPay88 for payment.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

We will update the logistics status for the order in both the seller and buyer order details page. We will encourage providing the tracking number which allows customers to track their order.

HOW CAN I CANCEL/CHANGE MY ORDER?

Once your order status was in ‘Processing’, you would not be able to change/cancel order.

HOW DO I HANDLE DAMAGED ITEM?

Report the product conditions within 3 days. Please fill in the online Product Return Form and send attached photos / video together with Order Number and send to us through email (enquiry@artworld.net.my). We will investigate and revert to you around 3 – 5 working days.

HOW DO I MAKE REFUND ON DAMAGED GOODS?

We will arrange replacement with the same item after we have completed evaluating your returned product.

HOW ARTWORLD TECHNOLOGY SDN BHD COVERS THE SHIPMENT COST FOR RETURN?

We will bear and refund the shipping fees for return. Please enclose your shipping receipt and your account number.

HOW LONG DOES THE REPLACEMENT PROCESS?

Replacement process begin after we have completed evaluating your returned product. This quality evaluation process may take up to 3 – 5 working days. We will send notification through email once complete.
